Dr. Rosine Kemeni is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Chesapeake, Virginia with twenty years of nursing experience. She is the owner of Meridian patient care. She attended the prestigious Hampton University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) focus.

She subsequently obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of North Florida. She is a nationally certified FNP and has been working full-time as a nurse practitioner since 2014.
